We deliver via the GLS and DHL delivery service, and in most cases the goods are sent for delivery on the same or next working day after receiving the payment (transfer, card), if we receive the payment by 12 noon. If you have chosen to pay for the goods upon collection (cash on delivery), the goods are in most cases sent for delivery the same or the next working day after receipt of the order, provided that the order is made by 12 noon.
If the goods do not arrive within the expected period (2-5 working days from delivery, according to the rules of the delivery service), send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to take the necessary measures. For orders to the islands, delivery usually takes a little longer (3-5 working days).
We enclose instructions and a return document with each shipment, but do not attach a return label. Before you can make a refund, you must generate a refund number through your account.

Log in to your WEARLUUN account with your email address and password.
In the "Order overview" area, click on the order you want to return.
At the bottom of the preview of the order you want to return, click the "Return" button.
Mark each product from the order you want to return.

The return method is only a collection from GLS or DHL from the address
Confirm and Send
Fill in the required information and click on the "Confirm and send" button.
If you have selected collection, the delivery service will collect your package within the next working day, and you will receive a confirmation SMS on the day of collection.
If you need help or the return function is not possible, contact our support.
After we receive and verify the returned products, the refund will be made by the payment method you used when ordering.
Please pay attention to return all products to us in the condition in which you received them.
